GENERAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES

If the product(s) in your order are in stock (i.e. you have not placed a pre-order of product(s) available at a future date), your shipment will be processed and shipped between Monday through Friday within 1 to 5 business days of the order date. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within the next 1 to 5 business days. Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change. If you need to change your shipping method after placing your order, please contact us at info@sunnystik.com as soon as possible, but note that we may not be able to make changes once an order is placed. SunnyStik is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address entry. SunnyStik is also not responsible for shipping delays resulting from poor weather. 

SHIPPING OF PRE-ORDERED PRODUCTS

Certain products may be available for pre-order. If you purchase a pre-order product it will ship at the time estimated on the applicable product listing page. SunnyStik will provide a courtesy notice to you at the email address you enter when placing the order of any anticipated shipping delay beyond the estimated time. If you do not reply within five (5) business days, we will proceed with processing your order based on the revised estimated shipping date. If the updated estimated shipping date is not acceptable to you, you may contact us at info@sunnystik.com to cancel your order; all cancellations are subject to the order processing fee as set forth below. 

SHIPPING TO PO BOXES AND MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES

All orders being shipped to a PO box will be sent via USPS. However, we do ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.

GROUND SHIPPING

Depending on your location, please allow approximately 5-7 business days from the date you receive notice of shipment for delivery. All shipments are sent via USPS, which has been experiencing slower shipping times due to Covid19. SunnyStik is not responsible for delays for reasons outside of our control including weather, labor issues, or other circumstances.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

If you select expedited shipping when placing your order, expedited shipments will be sent via UPS (excluding PO box addresses, which will be sent via USPS Priority). For overnight and 2-day shipping please factor in 1 additional day into the estimated delivery date due to our processing time. Expedited shipping is only available for orders placed between Monday and Friday.  If the expected delivery date for an expedited shipping order falls on a weekend, it will then be delivered the following Monday or Tuesday. If you require one day shipping, please contact us at info@sunnystik.com before 12pm CST, between Monday and Friday. We will be unable to accommodate such requests on weekends and holidays.

For pre-orders with expedited shipping, we will send via UPS 2-day when we fulfill your order but we can not expedite fulfillment.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

Upon shipment, customers will receive an email confirmation at the email address provided at check-out containing the order tracking information. Customers will also receive an email once the shipment is delivered. If the shipment is stalled with USPS, SunnyStik will consider it “lost” once there is no scan by the carrier for 2 weeks, and then issue either a replacement or a refund (at SunnyStiks’ sole discretion).

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Payment is collected at the time you place your order. You may cancel your order and receive a refund of amounts already paid by notifying SunnyStik at any time prior to the order shipment date. All cancelled orders are subject to a processing fee of five percent (5%) of the total order amount. Orders may not be cancelled after product is shipped. Please see our Refund Policy for more information regarding return of products.
